ABOUT ADAM B. LEVOWITZ
Adam B. Levowitz has been a composer, conductor, and producer for over 35 years.
He is proud to have written the words and music of the official song of the Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, DC. “The Home of Warrior Care” was premiered at the celebration of the 100 year anniversary of that institution where Mr. Levowitz, who was a private in the United States Army at the time, was publicly honored by the Secretary of Defense and the Surgeon General of the United States. His work for the military continued with compositions for The United States Army Band, Pershing’s Own, where Mr Levowitz conducted his works composed for that ensemble on the steps of the US Capital.
Mr. Levowitz has received numerous instrumental and choral commissions from a variety of
professional, amateur, and academic institutions.
